It all starts with a free online consultation. During this session, an architect will meet with you via video call, email or phone to understand your needs and desires, discuss your budget, style preferences, site location (if you already have one) and any other relevant information. It is an opportunity to share your vision, expectations and project requirements.
Once the initial idea is clear, we begin to define the more specific aspects of the project, such as space distribution, architectural style, estimated budget, among others.
We will develop a conceptual design that includes the first proposals for layout and aesthetics. During this phase, the following will be sent:
You will be able to review these designs and make suggestions or changes until you are satisfied with the concept.
Once the conceptual design has been approved, we move on to the development phase of the executive project. At this stage, our architects detail the final plans, technical specifications and materials. The deliverable package includes:
